DISP 2806 Polymer Hyperdispersant Medium-polarity Systems Wetting and Dispersing

DISP 2806 is a polymer hyperdispersant with excellent wetting and dispersing capabilities for various organic pigments. It effectively reduces viscosity in millbases while increasing pigment content. This additive serves as an effective anti-flocculation agent and significantly improves the storage stability of pigment pastes.

Application System and Dosage

DISP 2806 is suitable for 2K polyurethane, alkyd, acrylate and polyester systems, amino baking varnishes and other solvent-borne coating systems. It is particularly effective for photo curable printing inks.

Recommended usage: Introduce the additive before the dispersion stage during manufacturing with the following dosages:

  • 10% to 15% upon inorganic pigments
  • 30% to 90% upon organic pigments
  • 70% to 100% upon carbon black
